After losing her job working for an infuriating filmmaker, Emily heads back to her apartment only to walk in on her girlfriend right in the middle of a steamy, passionate tryst with her best male friend. That same, highly unfortunate day is about to change her life altogether. She moves in with her best friend, crashing on her couch, and decides to explore sex with various genders. And to round it all off, she starts working as a Personal Assistant to Nikki, a dominatrix whom she also falls in love with. At the same time, Emily also falls for Ben, a budding artist who is making ends meet refurbing Nikki’s office, who also happens to be his girlfriend. The pair suggest to Emily that she date both of them at the same time.
