Codependent Lesbian Space Alien Seeks Same

This very long name of a movie has been one of the most talked about films at Sundance in 2011.
Rarely do female directors/screenwriters make homage to 1950’s alien films and turn it into one of the wittiest and sweetest comedies you will see at the festival this year.
The story follows three aliens who land in the middle of Manhattan looking for love, focusing on one of them, Zoinx, who develops a relationship with Jane, the saleswoman at a local office supply store, at the greeting cards section. Lonely, naïve Jane does not realize Zoinx is an alien and thinks she’s nothing but a bit strange.
This brilliant film was a darling with the Hollywood Reporter and Variety.
